Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Webora Solutions LLP. By engaging our services, signing a proposal, or making payment, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Nature of Services

Webora provides strategic consulting, paid acquisition management, funnel architecture, and AI-powered revenue system implementation. These services involve:

  • Intellectual property creation
  • Strategic planning and research
  • Digital execution and development
  • Time-based consulting
  • Performance optimisation
Due to the customised and strategic nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Retainer & Commitment Structure

All revenue system engagements require a minimum 3-month commitment unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment Terms

  • Monthly retainers are payable in advance.
  • Alternatively, full 3-month payments may be collected upfront.
  • Payments secure time, resources, and strategic allocation.
Once a billing cycle has begun, no refunds will be issued for that period. Early termination does not entitle the client to partial or prorated refunds.

No Performance-Based Refunds

Webora does not guarantee:

  • Specific revenue outcomes
  • Exact lead volume
  • Cost-per-lead benchmarks
  • Sales conversions

Marketing performance depends on multiple external factors including market conditions, pricing, sales execution, competition, and ad platform algorithms.

Dissatisfaction based solely on performance outcomes does not qualify for a refund.

Advertising Spend

All advertising budgets are:

  • Paid directly to third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google)
  • Non-refundable by Webora
  • Subject to the respective platform's own refund policies

Webora is not responsible for platform account suspensions, ad disapprovals, algorithm changes, or platform outages.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • Webora fails to initiate agreed services within a reasonable timeframe, and
  • The delay is solely and directly attributable to Webora.
Any approved refunds shall be issued at Webora's sole discretion and processed within 14 business days.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Webora to attempt resolution in good faith.

Unauthorised chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of all services
  • Termination of the client agreement
  • Legal recovery of outstanding amounts
  • Additional administrative and legal fees

Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
